Andhra Paper plans Rs 178 crore investment to upgrade and rebuild PM-3 at its Rajahmundry Unit
Andhra Paper, a major integrated pulp and paper manufacturer, has announced a ₹178 crore investment to upgrade and rebuild its Paper Machine-3 (PM-3) at its Rajahmundry unit.
This project is expected to increase the unit's production capacity by up to 60 tonnes per day (TPD), adding 21,600 tonnes annually.
The company will fund the project through internal accruals and/or bank financing, with completion anticipated within 13 months.
The upgrade is part of a broader modernization effort aimed at improving energy efficiency and expanding product offerings.
