Bluebird Solar, Cliantech collaborates to boost capacity to 1.2 GW
Bluebird Solar will collaborate with Cliantech Solutions to install an 800 MW fully automated solar panel manufacturing line at its facility in Greater Noida.
Scheduled to be operational by the end of August 2024, it would elevate solar module manufacturer's total manufacturing capacity to 1.2 GW.
This partnership aims to bolster production efficiency and meet the escalating global demand for renewable energy solutions.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two entities also outlines plans for an additional 600 MW production line, slated to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2024.
The new manufacturing line will incorporate advanced technologies such as line automation, Visual (laminators), Asicpy (EL Tester), and HSPV (Sun Simulator/IV Tester), ensuring improved operational efficiency and product quality.
Spread across a five-acre facility in Greater Noida, Bluebird Solar’s manufacturing and warehousing infrastructure spans over two lakh sq. ft.
The facility boasts advanced, ISO-certified processes that integrate cutting-edge AI-driven machinery for the production of solar PV modules.
