Kranti Industries and Kores Group form JV for precision machining facility
Automotive component maker Kranti Industries Limited has entered into a joint venture with the Kores Group to establish a high-precision machining and engineering facility in India. The plant will cater to the automotive, aerospace, and defence sectors, focusing on complex machined components and assemblies.
The partnership combines Kranti’s manufacturing expertise with Kores’ industrial network, enabling access to advanced CNC machining, automation, and inspection technologies. The facility aims to serve both domestic and export markets, aligning with the government’s ‘Make in India’ and defence-indigenisation initiatives.
This collaboration is expected to position the joint venture as a competitive player in precision engineering, capable of supplying global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
