MoRTH floats tender for two-laning from Patranga to BahuvanMadarMajha on NH-227B

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has issued a tender for the two-lane upgrade of NH-227B (84 KosiParikramaMarg) from Patranga to BahuvanMadarMajha in Uttar Pradesh.
The two-lane with paved shoulder arrangement will span from design kilometre 140.960 (Patranga) to km 160.200 (BahuvanMadarMajha) on the newly recognised national highway under Package-V, according to the EPC contract.
The contract is for Rs 688.67 crore and has a completion time of 30 months, followed by a 10-year period from the actual completion date.
The deadline for proposal submissions is October 16, 2023.
