NBCC bags Rs 411 crore medical college project in Maharashtra
NBCC (India) Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has secured an order worth Rs 411.45 crore for the construction of a government medical college and hospital in Maharashtra.
In a filing to the stock exchanges on July 29, the public sector construction company said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Limited, has received the project commissioned by the Medical Education and Ayush Department of the Government of Maharashtra.
The project involves the construction of a new government medical college and hospital in Buldhana.
The project includes the development of a medical college with a capacity for 100 students and a 430-bed hospital.
This initiative is part of the government's ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare infrastructure and medical education in the region.
