NDR Warehousing forays into Kerala to establish storage space

Chennai-based NDR Warehousing has officially announced its expansion into Kerala's industrial and logistics sector, with plans to establish a 5-lakh sq ft Grade A storage facility.
NDR Warehousing has earmarked a proposed investment of ₹250 crore for FY25 for this project.
The company has successfully acquired 16 acres of land near Aluva, a key industrial and logistics hub in the state. The acquisition was executed under two Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs):
This strategic move follows assurances made during the Invest Kerala Global Summit held in February.
NDR Storewell Warehousing LLP, which secured 8 acres, and NDR Space Private Limited, acquiring 8.39 acres.
