NHAI floats tender for four-laning from Tamil Nadu-Andhra Pradesh border to Puttu section
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has floated tender for widening of the existing two-lane to four-lane from Tamil Nadu-Andhra Pradesh border to Puttu section.
The work involves widening of the existing two-lane paved shoulder section of NH-716 from Tamil Nadu/Andhra Pradesh border(exchange ch km.338.030/ch km 61.510) to Puttu (ch. km.318.000/ch km 81.540) to four-lane paved shoulder (destination 20.030 km), and widening of the existing four-lane paved shoulder section of NH-71.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs 775.72 crore. The work is expected to be executed within 36 months.
The deadline to submit the bid is 31 January, 2024.
