Odisha's Industrial landscape set for a major boost with Rs 25,000 crore investment

Odisha's Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, has performed the ground-breaking ceremony for 27 major industrial projects, signaling a new wave of development for the state.
The projects, which represent a total investment of ₹25,308 crore, are expected to generate over 52,000 jobs.
These industries will be established across 12 districts and span a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and steel.
The government's focus on a "balanced" approach, combining traditional industries with new-age sectors, is aimed at promoting inclusive and regionally balanced growth.
