Ramco Cements increases cement grinding capacity by 0.4 MTPA

The Ramco Cements Ltd announced the increase in capacity from 2 MTPA to 2.4 MTPA at its Kalavatala plant in Andhra Pradesh by carrying out de-bottlenecking of the cement grinding capacity by optimisation of cement mill.
With this, the company's total cement grinding capacity has increased to 24.44 MTPA.
At our Kalavatala Plant, Kolimigundla Mandal, Nandyal District, Andhra Pradesh, we have carried out de-bottlenecking of cement grinding capacity by optimisation of cement mill, resulting in increase of capacity from 2 MTPA to 2.4 MTPA, the company said in a statement.
The company have received consent to operate from the competent authority for the above increase in capacity.
