Rs. 1.36 lakh crore AM/NS steel project to reshape Andhra’s industrial landscape
One of India’s largest industrial investments is set to take shape in Andhra Pradesh, with the Rs. 1.36 lakh crore AM/NS steel plant moving towards its foundation stage.
The integrated steel project is expected to generate nearly one lakh jobs and create a wide network of ancillary industries.
Once operational, it will significantly boost India’s crude steel capacity while positioning Andhra Pradesh as a key metals hub.
The scale of the project reflects rising investor confidence in India’s long-term infrastructure and construction demand.
Execution will be taken up in phases with supporting infrastructure development.
