TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks plans facility after every 400 km

A division of TVS Mobility Group with a focus on infrastructure and storage, TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks (TVS ILP), has launched an ambitious growth plan.
Every 400 km across the nation, the corporation aims to establish either a warehouse or a logistics park.
According to a senior corporate executive on Thursday, TVS ILP plans to invest about $400 million over the next three years to quadruple the portfolio of facilities it already has to 20 million square feet as a first step towards this objective.
Of the $400 million, the company intends to raise around $150-175 million using some form of equity instrument, according to Nitin Aggarwal, President of TVS ILP.
