Union Minister approves Rs. 1,464 crore Tricity ring road link

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has approved a Rs. 1,464 crore ring road link project for the Tricity region.
The project aims to improve connectivity between Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
It will ease traffic congestion and enhance regional mobility. The link will be developed under national highway infrastructure programmes.
Construction will begin after tendering and statutory clearances. The project is expected to reduce travel time across the urban cluster.
