Welspun One to invest Rs. 550 crore in Pune logistics park

Welspun One will invest Rs. 550 crore to develop a Grade-A, 1.2 million sq ft logistics park in Talegaon (Pune), leveraging a recently allotted MIDC-notified land parcel to expand its warehousing footprint.
The project aims to deliver modern, tech-enabled warehousing, cold-chain ready racks and multi-modal connectivity for e-commerce and third-party logistics players.
Welspun expects the park to attract large-scale leasing interest given Pune’s status as a manufacturing and distribution hub, and to improve last-mile efficiency for regional supply chains.
The investment strengthens Welspun One’s portfolio at a time when demand for institutional logistics space is rising across India.
