Sanghvi Movers subsidiary secures Rs 428.7 crore wind energy EPC contracts
Sangreen Future Renewables, a subsidiary of heavy-lift major Sanghvi Movers Ltd., has bagged domestic work orders worth Rs 428.72 crore from various Independent Power Producers (IPPs). The contracts cover a total capacity of 270.6 MW of wind energy projects across India.
The comprehensive scope includes Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for wind Balance of Plant (BoP), civil foundation work, internal and external pathways, and 33kV line works. The project also encompasses the mechanical completion and pre-commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
Work is slated to commence in Q3 FY 2025-26, with a targeted completion date by Q1 FY 2027-28. The announcement saw Sanghvi Movers’ stock surge nearly 9% on the news, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company’s expansion into the high-growth renewable sector.
