Titan Intech to set up a unit at Amaravati to catalyse displays and ancillary manufacturing
Titan Intech Limited has announced plans to establish a manufacturing unit at Amaravati aimed at display-assembly and related upstream activities, with the facility expected to attract ancillary suppliers, R&D investment and skilled talent to the region.
The Amaravati unit is pitched as part of a larger strategy to deepen electronics manufacturing capabilities in Andhra Pradesh and to reduce reliance on imports for key display technologies.
Localisation of displays supports a growing domestic electronics ecosystem—especially for consumer devices, wearables and industrial panels—while creating higher-value manufacturing employment.
The company expects the plant to serve both domestic OEMs and export markets as part of phased capacity ramp-ups.
